Do the Posters come in Frames?
No – Frames are sold individually and can be found on every product page.
Is my shipment tracked?
Yes, all the packets are tracked.
When will I receive my order?
Sweden 2-4 working days
Europe – Within Europe, Standard Shipping takes 3-9 working days (Monday to Friday) depending on the destination.
Internationally
6 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.
Can you send me free posters to look at before I purchase?
No – Shipping is a very high-cost 10-25€ depending on where, so we do not provide any free samples or the return shipment. If you are resident in Sweden (Or potentially Denmark), we have a gallery/office based in Trelleborg, Sweden, from where you can also pick up your order.
Can I return my posters?
Yes – But we do not provide the return shipping, and the posters need to be in the same condition as received to get a total return. You can find detailed information under the return and refund policy.
How are my posters shipped?
All other sizes are shipped in a sade cardboard tube.
Can I download the posters digitally?
No –Besides selling posters, we are also a printing house. We want to keep our designs in-house and not distribute them digitally, as it is hard to track the use of a downloaded design.
Where are my posters produced?
The posters are produced in Sweden.
Can I change the colors of the posters?
Unfortunately, we are not staffed to handle any customizing of our products.
Can I have gold prints?
We have a small selection of gold prints, but as the process is complicated, we do not add gold to any other designs other than the ones available on our website. Also note, that gold print cannot be produced in larger sizes (maximum 40x50cm)
